I recently did my first muscle up , I am so pleased , it took about 6 months of hard work. Heres a video of me punching one out. Not as smooth as others that I have seen , but very satisfying none the less.

Thanks guys . I was so proud of myself and no one I know does crossfit so its nice to tell people that appreciate what goes into finally nailing that first one.

Aaron,

That is one of the best muscle-up videos that I have seen yet. You make it look so effortless, especially the transition.

You've re-inspired me to keep working towards my own muscle-up.

Lonnie, I just use windows media player if that helps

Sam, What a big compliment, its far from effortless in reality, I still cant do one unless I am super warmed up. Just have to try and do two in a row now
