This is a section of Jeff Martin's opening lecture for the CrossFit Kids certification seminar on July 28, 2008. Kids, he says, don't just need scaled workouts. They need to have fun, first and foremost. They need to be instructed in a way that makes sense to their developing perspective on the world. And, they need challenges.

Brand X is the CrossFit Kids Laboratory. What they're developing are kids whose approaches to health, fitness, and obstacles in general are remarkably adept. 11min 14sec

Obviously I am doing something wrong but I don;t know enough about this stuff to know what, please help!

A second question I have is I save all pdf files to my memory stick, is it possible to save windows media videos as well so I have access to them anywhere regardless of internet access?

Thanks for your assistance

Michelle

Re: Crossfit Journal RSS

You need to put the RSS URL (Right click, copy link location) and put it into an RSS reader such a Google Reader or iTunes.

To answer your second question, the WMV are not protected in any way so you will be able to play them offline at anytime.
