Pics of My Home Gym - "the Stoneyard"

I call it "the Stoneyard" for a reason. In a book I'm writing (long story short there's a place where these hardcore people (somewhere between Samurai & Spartan) train, and it's called the Stone Yard, because they train mostly with stones, and some heavy arse logs. So, I just figured, why not name my gym, and why not use that name, since I came up with it anyway? Not that it's all that original. Anyway, here's some pics.

Finaly built a lifting platform, instead of just using the rubber matts on the cement floor, and finished building a tool shed in the backyard, to store the lawn mower and stuff, so the garage can be more organized and clean.

Here's the first five pics. Next post will have the rest.

lol. Thanks.

Man, my garage gym looked like a dirty, grassy, cramped and crowded mess until I signed up here and got all inspired by everyone else's home gyms.

What's a physio ball? Is that the big white one by my two blue bumper plates in my homemade bumper plate wrack (to the left of the lifting platform)?

If so, that's my wife's, and she hasn't touched it in years. But for some reason she has asked me not to throw it away. Besides, it's fun to throw for my dogs to chase, sometimes.

Yes, the big white one. The rest of the gym looks legit, so we'll believe that it's your wife's.

I have a stability ball at my house full of water I use for shouldering...its intense...much harder than a sandbag. I also have one I do balance drills with.

Dang. That sounds difficult, because of how unstable it would be. I'd be afraid of it bursting if I dropped it, and flooding the house!
