I'm in Lauderdale for a couple weeks...any crossfit friendly locations there?

The beach or one of the public parks for an outdoor workout.

I'm orginally from "Ft Liquordale", and there were very few gyms that weren't chrome-n-fern meat markets. This may have changed. If there is a fitness weekly publication, or even yahoo yellow pages my have gym listings that you can call around to.
