Any Windsor/Essex County Crossfiters?!

Hello everyone! excited to finally get my account activated and start my crossfit adventures.
Ive been around traditional gym workouts for a while now, I do have a pretty good base but have been recently exposed to crossfit by some buddies. Ive done a couple basic workouts but am limited in knowledge and resources
Im looking for anybody that knows of any crossfit gyms or people that organize groups that do crossfit exercises in Windsor or Essex county. Id love to hear for you...
