I just finished an article on "core training" for Worldwide Jam magazine, which will be the first Parkour/Freerunning specific print-mag produced in the world. Needless to say, I espoused the benefit of the Olympic lifts for their core benefit, but I don't have any appropriate pics to include. I am also recovering from shoulder surgery, so I don't have the chance to do the lifts myself and get any images. What I'm wondering is if anybody out there has any good pics of a clean & jerk, a deadlift, an overhead squat and a kettlebell/dumbell swing that I could submit. Otherwise the subscribing public will be left with my words alone as their sole source for description ;)

Any help would be much appreciated, and any or all of the above would help immensely!

Sorry I haven't gotten back with you sooner Jesse but I have a few in the notes and in other various places and of course there is Mike Burgener's site at where you will find all kinds of pics. Do I still have time to scare some pictures up or have you submitted your article?

Jesse, you can steal whatever you like from my site. The QuickTime videos are 640x480 resolution, so you can just hit pause and do a screen grab (Ctrl-C) on any frame.
