Good to be back...I've been nursing a fractured wrist due to a downhill mountain bike crash. Very small fracture, but enough to freak'n hurt in the gym.

THURSDAY 080703

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

11 minutes..12 reps on last set

15 Push-ups
12 Ring dips
115 pound Push-press, 9 reps

5 rounds
- normal push ups
- 30 reps of dips to sub for Ring dips
- had to move to 95# push-press after round 1
