Figured this is a much easier way to reference my previous times as I lose track using the comments under each day.

D.T. like 18 minutes or something.....last time was no more than 15min(maybe if i kept a log or something).

suffering from a severe lack of commitment to my fitness today...... i felt way beat down, like overtrained. but i'm not.

okay.....surf lull!

back on

today------> 135# clean and jerk. continuously running clock 1 rep for each minute.

got to 9 +6

note to self: thumb shredding, focusing on form when tired seemed to help lots. ate approx 40 minutes prior......usual snack of nuts meat and fruit leather. felt fine. 1630 workout.

so i be forgeting.

2 days ago:
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions

with the result of....... 11 rounds on the nose. felt good that day! nuff said.

today:
Nicole

with the result of...... 5 rounds (29,19,17,15,17)and 5/8th of a run, which is markedly slower than my last time. but here's the catch, i accidentally measured out 500m on the computer and ended up running 540m. for some reason i was thinking .25k was 200 meters.
last time i did:
6 rounds+ 1/2 run
P/U's: 25,20,15,17,16

i weigh 178 this morning.....that box of double stuff oreos put me over the top last night.

yesterday "J.T." = 14:58

last time was 11:53.....something was not jiving yesterday. only able to do 15 handstand pushups in a row on my first round. i was essentially done after that.
