Did some yoga on Thursday to loosen up, need to do more of that!!

Made it through MURPH. Sub'ed JPU's and knee push-ups, but everything was good form and the push-ups are getting SO much easier. I managed to finish in 56:14, but I had to walk 1/2 of the last mile. I was just cramping left and right in my diaphragm. Still, under an hour, I am happy with that!

Next time I do Cindy or her friend I think I can do some of my push-ups on my toes.

Also warmed up with a PR clean and jerk of 40k. Will definitely push the numbers on the power cleans for tomorrow (though my power part is crummy!)

Worked from over max single reps. Started with snatches (25k) and then moved to cleans, squats, and jerks. Worked at 35-40k on those. Finished with some form corrections on the jerk (I was leaning forward a bit and pushing the bar out in front).

Slowly I get better.

mostly lifted (O style) today...

I did do the WOD, but with major assist. 58lbs off for the first 30, 64 for the second 30, 72 and then 78. I am just beat today. Didn't even bother to keep time... I was just happy I freaking did it at all.

Then some idiot (read, me!) decided that joining the guys for box jumps was a good idea.

can not WAIT for a rest day!!

I have been a slacker all week. I just haven't felt all that good, but I did O lifts and deadlifts today. I hit a new clean-n-jerk PR of 45kilo... happy about that!!!

O lifted today, worked on pulling from the floor and keeping my arms straight in the snatches. I still bend 'em too soon, grrrr!!!

Finished with a tabata of box jumps, OUCH!! Needed to do something though, been slacking as of late!

Did Angie yesterday instead of the 20 rounds (ran out of time really).

Did 16 rounds, minus the last set of squats with jumping PU's and knee PU's. WAYYYY better than my first entry so I am very happy!

Also did some Olifts, worked on behind the neck jerks into snatch squats. Snatch squats are very weak. I can power snatch much more than I can full snatch - bad, bad, bad!!

Between moving, being sick, no gym access, and 100+ in Nashville I haven't done squat!!!

I hope to rectify that soon. I did finally get my school ID, but the gym kind of sucks. I may have to join the goCrossfit in Nashville to get access to resources I want (like a lifting platform!).
