100 burpees - 13:13

I get so muscle fatigued that I can't keep my heart rate up. Its a little frustrating because I feel like its holding me back.

2 hours snatch lifts... getting better, but still not great.

Bar (20kg), bar + 4, and then bar + 5.

WU - 500m row (2:00) and then practiced some cleans, jerks, and deads. then onto

JT, but modified... 18:44 (pushing sucks!)

Started with 20lb dumb bell presses, but had to switch to 15 for the second and third sets.
Started with 46lbs taken off for the dips, but had to switch to 52 for the second and third sets.
Did all push-ups on my knees, but they ARE getting better!!!

(JT, 21, 15, 9 of HSPU, dips, and PU's)

Warm up with front and back squats (light weight) to practice technique then WOD

(Rx'd - twenty minutes of: 5 Box Jumps, 10 L-Pullups, and 15 Knees-to-Elbows)

Modifed slightly: 24" box jumps, slight jump pull-ups with tucked knees (can't do the L's at ALL!) and knees to pits/chest. Completed 4 full sets and was to my 8th pull-up though the last pullups were just jumping, no tucks...

Finished up with tabata box jumps.

Tired now :-)

Warm up, worked with my new jump rope on doubles (still can't do multiples, but was getting consistent on single/double rotations).

Fran, not as fast as last time, but used 55lb bar and did jumping pull-ups, so a much harder work out. Took 11:28.

Finished with a jump rope tabata (tried to do doubles, but DANG my legs were too tired!!)

Plus, I was thinking I didn't really work my abs yesterday as they didn't hurt during the workout (other things failed first), but today I had the sneeze/'sh@*T' where I sneezed and it hurt so much that I swore. Guess I worked the abs after all!!

Tomorrow - rest day, but going to go ride my new road bike!!!

KK

(ps, today some guy thought I was in the military, and yesterday some muscle head told me I was making him tired... hehe!)

Rode my new road bike for 1.5 hours... didn't mean to be out quite that long, but that was how long my loop took me. Ended up being 19.2 miles (one map mis-read and one wrong turn). Getting used to a road bike, sure is different from the mountain bike!! (average 13.5 miles on moderate hills, not bad...?)

Warmed up 500m rowing, but took it slow today. Just 2:12.

Then worked snatches at 25kg and clean/jerk at 30kg. Tried to do 40kg, but could only clean.... close on the jerk though.

Then did the WOD at 40kg. Tried to do 50kg, but got stuck in the hole twice. Backed it to 45kg and was good to go. Getting my form down better and better. 50kg won't take long. Overall making stead progress.

500m row warm-up (2:06)

Practice O-lifts... Woot, new PR on the snatch - 34kg (ok... PR may be a stretch as I just started doing them, but a PR is a PR ;-) ). Finally starting to understand the movement. Its time to work more weight in OHS cause I think that's where I am going to start to get stuck now!

WOD - used 10lb dumb bells instead of 45lb bar, and all JPU's. As it was all sets broken, but I finished in 20:48.

Finished with a jump rope tabata (average 46 rotations per 20 sec).

-k

(ps, actually saw ONE other person doing the WOD in the gym where I lift!!!)
