On Ramp Program

Hey everyone!

I'm getting ready to open a new box and just completed the on-ramp. I would love some feedback as well as ways it can be improved. Thanks!

Re: On Ramp Program

i'm sure others will be able to offer advice on the program itself, but i'll go out on a limb and say that putting a few classes of newbies through this thing will tell you a lot more about what's right about it and what could be tweaked than anyone glancing at the document could.

not saying that to be a smart ***, either. it's just that sometimes some things that look perfect on paper don't work out right in the execution. or, things could be fine, but you may see something in your clients that tells you that they need something a little different here or there.

Re: On Ramp Program

Seems pretty good layout in general, I would probably add in ring rows instead of situps in the 1st WOD but thats me. I've been running the OnRamp program for the past 4 months at an affiliate and I started with an outline but every month it has been completely different depending on the people etc. Start with your outline and you'll naturally add/subtract things as they either work or dont.
good luck
