I've been using the tables in Enter the Zone to get a rough idea about my body comp changes.

I know Dr. Sears sourced the table from another book, but I wondering if there's somewhere that explains the calculation used so I can automate it.

Yes. I AM a geek. Why do you ask?

I'm not concerned with absolute accuracy so much as I am in comparing to a common baseline. It's tool, and a useful one, but not as important as, "I'm stronger and faster this week than I was last week."
