What percentage do you guys normally do for to find your "zone?" I think I should multiply my LBM by .8 to find how many grams I need.

I did .8 as well and have had good results - fat decrease(20lbs. so far)/overall WOD performance increase.

Now, has your LBM increased also? At a certain point, one will be consuming A LOT of blocks in a day. I already have to do 16.

Generally Crossfitters use a .7 activity factor. This is for intense WOD's 6x per week. If you are consistently more active on top of the WOD then you may need to use a .8 or higher.

I think I'll try .7 for now. That makes sense. I do a little bit more activity, but not enough to constitute anything substantial.

Thanks.
