Had lunch at a Thai restaurant, totally falling out of the Zone. I haven't had a cheat day in over a month and had forgotten this feeling. I'm tired, grumpy*, my head hurts and everything sucks. I remember when I used to feel like this all the time. I used to take anti-depressants for it.

Clean eating is the ****.

*up yours

Like me and my bourbon and coke. Of course the lag between the drinking of the bourbon and coke and the head hurting and everything sucking is too long for me to really learn not to drink the bourbon and coke.

I'll drink to that. I just had my weekly cheat meal with work at a nice Greek place. Dessert was delightful and I'm not about to pass out (from the sugar...only one glass of wine)....good night! It's good to cheat occasionally. Keeps you sane and reminds you what you're not missing.
