The paint went up today and we are getting the burliest heavy bag/ multipurpose rack ever conceived installed on saturday. Doors should open next week with a grand opening in january. All are welcome!

I have some friends who live in the Chico area. I wanted to send them over to see the gym (and maybe meet Pukie). What's your schedule like? Are you running daily workouts?

Sorry for the late reply! I did not notice your post. We are having the grand opening this weekend from 11-3. have your friends contact me and we can get them in for some training.
