Go to the FAQ page and scroll down to Eugene Allen's Seminar notes. There are a list of notes from various seminars that will answer your question about what is done there. You need it to learn just what CF is all about, to meet people from all over the world who do it, to learn how to properly execute the various CF movements, to learn how to create, scale and teach the CF way, to motivate yourself to higher performance, to be amazed how perfectly the CF girls can do stuff you struggle with, to enjoy the wonderful kinship created by mutual suffering and to get a hug from Coach.

No, there are no completion requirements but your name will go up on a white board and men will die for points. Go hard. You do what you can and marvel at the performances of the CF supreme beings.
