T2B sub

If T2B came up in a published WOD and you didn't have access to a bar (or anything to hang off), what would you sub? Weighted lying leg raise?

Re: T2B sub

The subs used at the gym I go to are (from lowest to highest in difficulty):
Abmat Sit Ups > Tuck Ups > V Ups > K2E > TTB

Depending if K2E are done right, I believe them to be harder than T2B. Mostly because less shoulders for me and closing of the hip.

load a barbell. lay down with your arms hanging from it just like T2B and do toe touches to the barbell.

Genius. So simple and obvious, I should have thought of this already!

It sounds like you mean lie on the floor, which would work, but this could probably also be done with the bar in the rack, although you wouldn't be able to get full hip extension at the bottom unless knees were tucked.

Thanks Joey.
