About a minute below my PR, but (BUT!) I started this off with 43 straight pull-ups. Lessoned learned; going balls-out for the first set is a bad idea. I feel wiser now.

Today I woke up paralyzed by one of the worst cases of DOMS I've had in a while. After a good amount of stretching and shoulder dislocates I managed to do one pull-up. Thurday I did 43 in a row. Today I managed. . . . one!

Warmed up with jump rope and some shoulder dislocates.

Bench Press
5x 135
5x 155
5x 185
3x 195
3x 205
3x 210

It was just too nice outside to be in the garage doing thrusters so instead. . .
2 mile run to the park
bar muscle-up practice. Got 10 total but could only pull off three in a row at any one time.

65 Pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups

as rx'd
11 rounds and 10 thrusters

Limiting factor for this is my comfort level with the low bar position. There's definitely more left in the legs.
