Finding my limits

I have been on here a while and have yet to mention any strength limitations I have. This is probably because I haven't tested my limits all that much until now. First I am trying to find my one rep max. Last sunday the heaviest I lifted was 230 pounds, but I think I'll be able to go heavier tonight in search of my 1rm

Re: Finding my limits

This sunday was able to deadlift 270lbs (1 rep, 3 sets). Could probably do more but I'd like to find my 3RM and 5RM now.
