i'm usually too humbled by everyone's achievements to post here, but i'm excited about my pr today =)

i finally learned to kip on january 13, and set a goal to be able to do 15 pull ups in a year.

ah.... the next goal already...

20 feels completely feasible. 30 sounds a little more challenging.
being able to do 15 dips'd be nice....

how does everyone go about setting their next goals?

Nice work! You can get 30, Mie!

Keep working on them. I set my pull up goals 1 at a time. Next time I get on the bar for a max effort I will try to get 27, and not get off the bar until I fall off.

Ultimately, I am going try to get as high as I can for Eugene Allens next birthday. There's a thread around here somewhere! If I can get 30 in the next month, I'll shoot for 40.

Nice work on the chins Mie (and everyone else). You'll progress a lot faster than you probably even realize. I think you'll definitely have 30 by the end of the year.

I attempted it again a couple of weeks ago and managed to get 40. My previous best was 30 back in September. In a few more weeks I'll give it another shot and try for at least 45. :-)

Nice, Jodi!

Well I got my 30 today. I'm dumbstruck. A few months ago I could only do 13.
