Re: combining pullups with school

This has clearly devolved into gibberish. At least it was entertaining!

QUOTE=Hamze Abdi;1140173]Well, it's one more pullup each day. Obviously, trying to speed up the time between pullups didn't work, so I'm just going to do a lot of volume...

Usually, people that do 100 pullups a day are able to do around 10.

90 minutes. I'm only allowed to hand in *one* assignment a day after 90 minutes of work. You said it yourself. Why should I spend more time than necessary to get the job done?

Why should I spend more time on the treadmill if 2000 seconds of sprinting is enough work?[/quote]

I finally got all my 63 pullups done. I fall asleep at 3:30, I can wake up at 10:30 and start class at 11:30.

This makes life a bit easier...

I had a school schedule like that in my 3 years as a freshman.

I know right I usually run for at least 90 minutes backwards on a treadmill before setting the speed to sideways. For pullups I usually just try to work my calves into the swing before I finish the negative portion of the set. It's just much easier that way. You should try it too, I hear it boosts your t-levels up to a point where doing 64 pullups is easy on 90 minute cylce. Man if I had the link I would share it because the internet has everything you need to know about balancing time and space in a continuim while steadly increasing the strength you need to do 64 pullups. Good luck!

He cut back on his TV watching.
I think he's getting too much sleep. 7 hours ? That's like a Sunday morning sleep in.

Maybe he could take an iron gym to school. Just hang it in the doorway and knock out some reps as the professor blabs about some constanints and vouls on the whiteboard.
I bet the chicks would dig it too.
