speaking of 'thrusters' did you see the main site wod today? 500m row & 135lbs thrusters. after every challenge they always program a wod that incorporates a movement from the previous month's challenge. this month its 135lbs thrusters & last month they programmed burpups. don't be surprised to see 'cindy' in late december or january if the trend continues.

1 round of Cindy done...

Legs feel like lead, probably going to save my 2 from today and do 5 tomorrow with a vest on (15kg maybe). Might even get the dip belt out this weekend while the rounds are low.

Two rounds done. I didn't time it because I was helping a coworker figure out how to use pullup bands. Also in the past I've used the blue band (I can do dead hangs but have trouble with kipping) so I'm using this as an opportunity to do it Rx'd and work on my kipping.

I did a 10min AMRAP (Planned 20 but ran out of time! ) got 8 Rounds + 4 Pullups, then did the rest afterwords! I will definitely repeat at the end, might even do 10 Rounds for time some days. I cant wait to see how much it helps, my BW movements are one of my major goats right now!

Day 2 'cindy' challenge: 2 rounds (overall total = 3 rounds: 15 pullsups, 30 pushups, 45 squats)

i did one round as a warm up to my wod & the other rounds as a cool down

I did not see the main site WoD - I am trying to stay away from that until I am through my linear strength progression....cant be tempted by CrossFit! In late Dec. or early Jan. I will be done with Cindy!

Here is my buy-in - modified a little to make it work for me...

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups (feet elevated 36)
8 x 45# OH squats
7 x 45# front squats

I just found this one. Ill definitely be buying in tomorrow and I am sure a couple of people in my gym will be buying in as well.
