What WOD's and/or exercises would you suggest to make my girlfriend's butt sore?

I had her do BW squats, but she does them too slow I think. She's done some glute-hame raises, but only 3 sets of 10 reps, maybe this isn't enough. She's done some dumbbell swings, but I think she's using her arms and not her hips enough. She's done some thrusters, but again, I think she's doing them too slow.

This is like a rising fastball down the center of the plate. Too easy. :proud:

Long walking lunges where your thighs are nearly 180 degrees will kill the glutes and surrounding support muscles. Hold weights for extra pain the next day. Bounce in the deepest position for a good stretch. Keep the back straight at all times.

How 'bout lots of nice, slow hug-a-twinkies?

(As described in today's WOD.)

I have to reccomend the lunges as well. Those always get me sore, especially weighted ones.
