I agreed with what he said about Filet Mignon.

I had a filet the other week and decided to do nothing to it before I cooked it (I hadn't had one in a VERY long time). I was dismayed at the taste of the meat. It was like chewing on a soft piece of iron.

And now I want to cook lamb for the first time.
