You don't need a squat rack. Clean the weight and do front squats or OHS. and Deads

You don't need a bench for BP do pushups and one armed pushup variations, HSPU.

You do need a pullup bar! and or rings
Weights are great and prety cheap for a basic Oly style set. Bumpers are awesome if you can afford them. Make sandbags army surplus stuff and sand, home made med balls, jump rope.

I have a pull-up bar which I use almost daily. That was one of the first things I put together when I started doing Crossfit routines.

I'll look into a decent Oly weight set though!
