I know a couple track guys that use them for 400m and 800m races/training. They're a super light weight injected foam shoe which means they don't last long on asphalt. These are probably a pretty decent CF shoe for WODs like Helen that have a bit of running and not too much lifting. I have heard some complaints about the stitching inside being annoying.
