Bar is barely higher on the left. Shoulder is a touch higher on the right. Right shoulder hurt for a week after the workout.

"Nancy" is 5 rounds of:
400 meter run
Overhead Squat x 15
Photo of the lift is at http://roguescout.smugmug.com/gallery/2077447.

Anyone seen this situation before - thoughts?

John,

My first impression is that your right foot is forward of your left. That could do a lot of things to your posture and change 2D picture angles; hard to tell.

If the angles are accurate, the bar could inadvertantly be pulling forward or back and putting strain on a stabilizer. Where in the shoulder was your pain? Sharp, dull, etc.

Shoulder pain was diffuse, deltoid area and consistent with impingement pain.
