what've you been eating?

Chocolate does this to me... as well as most other sugars.

Brett I suffered from facial acne and severe body acne(mostly on my back and shoulders) for three years. I have very sensitive skin and acne runs in my family. Never had it until I was about 21. See a dermatologist. I used Accutane as a 6 month treatment about a year ago and havent had any acne since excpet for the occassional pimple. Diet does play a role, as well as climate change, stress levels and hyrdration. At least for me. Get it checked out, they will probably put you on some mild antibiotics and some topical cream. If that doesnt work, Accuatne would be the next step most likely. Is the body acne large and painful or small?

Re: acne?

Are you taking any supplements? I know I have taken some that have caused me to break out.

Also, I have very oily skin and break out a lot. I tried that Proactive stuff and it works great. I continue to use it to this day.
