I wholeheartedly recommend any of Ross Enamait's products. He is very responsive to questions and comments as well. His "Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness" is one of the best bodyweight conditioning resources out there, and certainly the most bang for your buck.

There are many similarities between Ross Enamait and Crossfit. Anyway, I would say that "The Underground Guide To Warrior Fitness" is the best BW book you can buy and reasonably priced. Ross is a staightforward no hype guy. He also answers e-mails ans sends free supplements to the book.
