Does anybody have experience with arch-of-the-foot related injuries?

For the last month or so I've had a "stretch" feeling in the arch of my right foot, central but nearer the ball of the foot than the heel.
I've only eased off on my running, not on the WODs. When I stretch my hamstrings (doing it aggressively to improve my L-sits) I can feel the "injury" in my arch stretch.

Any comments would be helpful.
Thank you.

Are you in any plyometric or vertical jump programs? Early in the programs, they have put stress fractures(at least thats what it felt like) in the same location you're talking about.

My situation was that When I woke up in the morning and stood on it, it hurt like hell, but the pain went away after about 5-10 footsteps. Same as with sitting for a while.

Since this is mostly impact related, I suggest taking some time off from impact related activites. I dont have this pain anymore since "Bodybuilding" the calves. You may wanna give that a try. Hope this helped
