Okay here it is, wall ball with an extra bodyweight squat started right after tossing the ball up and completed right before catching the ball. That whole combo would be one shot. I brainstormed this idea up the other night and got the nerve to try it today. I did this wall ball plus for 150 shots with a 20lb ball and it is legit(As if 150 regular wasn't bad). I don't know if this has been done before but I was just putting this out there to share the pain.

Ouch!

That sounds about as nasty as burpee wall ball, which my BJJ instructor used to make us do.

I'm going to throw that one in tomorrow for suffer in Sydney!
