Mark's Crossfit Workout Log
I've been doing WOD's at an affiliate in Australia for 7 months and have just started doing the WOD's at home over the last few weeks using my affliates schedule plus some extra workouts if i have the time. Mostly working out 4-5 times a week.
I've been trying to work on my diet side of training but am not sure if i am getting it right. I've lost visible fat but my belt size for instance hasn't seemed to change.
