Turkish WOD (Coming One Day behind soon to catch)
Crossfit Warm Up 25:08 Similar time with last one however increased Pul Ups and Dips to 5x per round instead of 3x. And includes set upo for WOD
15-12-9 reps of:
110 pound Deadlift
80 pound Dumbell squat. Will try to get a Squat Rack soon. To do real squat.
Total time spend at GYM 52 Minutes. 15 Minutes waste time, incredible, since WOD and Warm Up Time includes preparation and rest, though being disciplined a lot of time wasted. My objective is to have Warm Up (15 Minutes) and WOD + 5 Minutes as total work out time at Gym.
