A few months (or maybay even years) ago I have had contact with a guy from Holland.

This was easy for me because I could ask him questions in my own languange.

I have tried the WOD's for a few weeks but after that I have treid different other strengthtraining routines.
When I did these I get bored after a few workouts and they didnt seem to give me the results I wanted.
Sometimes these routines were so hard that I dont had any energy left for my martial arts training.

I have read that there are a lott off martial artist on this forum. I am curious about there experience with WOD's and martial arts because martial arts is my sport.

Do you guys know that?
And if so, do you have his email-adress?
