Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Started WOD last week and a doing mon-fri so have done 7 so far. weights = pathetic, pull-ups = laughable and so so on. but i know i'm going to get better and they are so much FUN ! look forward to achieving greatness (relitively speaking)
