Thanks for the link, now I can chide my skiing buddies to try CrossFit, since they only do workouts that they see in magazines :rofl:

Apparently skiers don't need upper bodies. Those are all obviously great exercises, but how do you do an article on Crossfit and say nothing about gymnastics?

That's a great article and will no doubt increase the traffic here on the site. Congrats to Coach Glassman and CrossFit on the well-deserved recognition... onward with the CrossFit revolution.

It was for a skiing mag. I am sure the editor's decided on what they were going to put in.

It was written by Lindsey Yaw, who also writes for Outside. She also wrote an article in CFJ #28 (Dec. 04) about her experience at last years cert. in Colorado.

Russ, the only reason skiiers have upper bodies and arms are for holding their poles and unfastening the buckles on thier boots . . . .:happy:
