I am looking for a book that explains or has plans to build gym equipment from wood. I saw it last night while searching in a Guiness haze and now I can't find it. Someone posted a picture of the cover. It has a square and circular saw blade on it. You would figure I could find it. HAH!

Ironmind sells one written by JV Askem. It's called "Tightwad's Guide to a Home Gym". You can get it on their website www.ironmind.com Don't know if that's the one you're looking for or not.

Kurtis,
I saw that one on line. I don't think it was the same one. Laura Rucker's name was hovering around near it though. Thanks anyway.
