I did SS for six to seven months, I did the Texas Method for six months, I did the Greyskull LP for eight months, and I've also done 5/3/1, and I'm currently doing a modified Texas Method by Justin Lascek of 70's Big, so I've been there, done it all, and I've coached people on the exact same programs.
This is why I prefer coaches with proven track records to people who've been working out for a few years, have their Bachelor's of Arts in Message Board Expertise, and consider themselves tried and true experts.

Is the fellow that created this the same fellow that used to have a CF affiliate and recently gave it up?

Re: GSLP 2nd edition

Ok, I just paid $29.95 or whatever it was for the E-book version. I am reviewing it now. So far it is pretty much what I expected.

Re: GSLP 2nd edition

I'm interested in what you guys think about the new version. I just started the original version last week and like it thus far. I modified the lifting program slightly and also did 3 light metcons (<10 min). I am wondering what is different and why the changes have been made?

Chris, will you elaborate some? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, both positive and negative.

Let me finish it. I'll then say what I think.
