Advice needed!
Hi CF world!
Two days ago I did short intense workout... AMRAP for 10 mins of: - 110lbs Bench Press 5 reps - Pull Up 3 reps I did 20 rounds, I was exhausted! Is this good routine? Give me some advice, please... Thanks a lot. |
