SDHP for rowing?

I've a C2 at home but no weights. The fitness center has weights but no C2.

How much weight do people normally use when subbing SDHP for rowing?

it's in the faq, but I'll indulge you.

SDHP the bar (45lb) 50 times for 500m row. 100 times for 1000m row. etc.
