SDHP sub for rowing

I've a C2 at home but no weights. The fitness center has weights but no C2.

How much weight do people normally use when subbing SDHP for rowing?

Re: SDHP sub for rowing

It's in the FAQ. Look at the section on substitution and you'll see that the sub for rowing is SDHP (Sumo Deadlift High Pull) at 45 pounds. Next time, look in the FAQ before asking a question. Or use the search function. Most of the questions you have, have already been answered.

45 lbs, one rep for every 10 meters of rowing.

I hope I never have to sub SDHP for C2.
