Tuesday, August 26th, 2008.

I modified my workout today. I did 4x10 of front squats at 135 lbs. In between each set, I ran 800 meters. I felt the need for a little more cardio today than what was rx'd. Good workout for me. I did not time myself.

30 Handstand push-ups (only 20 completed)
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

Total Time: 21:32

I pretty much hate burpees now....

50 Squats
10 pull-ups
10 dips
10 reps of hang clean, 135 pounds

Total Time:

Started @ 4:06, ended at 4:16. So 10 minutes give or take a couple of seconds.

Rx'd was a 5k, but I shortened it to about 2.5 miles. Took me about 26 minutes to complete. Not sure what my last time was but I'm sure this was a lot slower.
