10K run, haha...yeah right.












I ran 3 miles on a track with a hellacious headwind, and I know it wasn't blowing as hard on the backside. Anyway, did it in 24.44.

Saturday, July 12th, 2008.

For todays workout, I ran 2 miles instead of the rx'd workout. I feel I need to improve on my running/cardio for a while so I'm focusing on running for a while.

Total time: 15:43.

Started out with a lap time of 2:04, my split was right at 8:00. On a couple of laps I was about 1:45-1:50. Getting back down to the times I usually run. I will be there when I can get back to my 6:00 mile times from back in the academy. 8:56/1.5 mile!

Skipped yesterday's workout...needed a recovery day from all the dancing I did at a wedding Sat. night

Total Time: 3:58....

someone kept on cutting in on my pull-ups and made me wait around for them to get done so I stopped the time. Didn't feel like I needed to be timing them. I would say even with my rest time, I was between 5 and 5:30.
