Shoulder dislocates

I've been doing pass-throughs for about a month and a half every day - starting with a bicycle tyre inner tube cos my broom handle was too short for me. How much better can i expect to get at these? I have had massive improvements so far.

Re: Shoulder dislocates

This depends a lot on genetics and history. For some it is possible to do shoulder dislocates with their hands touching. Others will never get closer than with their arms about 45 deg out on either side. Work it regularly it will get better, how much better depends on too many factors.
