X-Fit Alone OR X-Fit plus Normal Regimine?
I've got a simple question - are the Crossfit exercises meant to be done alone or in conjunction with a "regular" workout throughout the week?

Re: X-Fit Alone OR X-Fit plus Normal Regimine?
Done correctly, and with a proper warmup, the WOD will be plenty. Add to that sport specific training and you won't have time for "regular" stuff... altho round these parts the WOD is a "regular" workout.
![]() Try it as is for a couple weeks and see if you need more. The full CF warm-up (found in the FAQ) and the wod at FULL intensity, scaled as necessary. Give it 2-3 weeks before you decide to add to it. |

Re: X-Fit Alone OR X-Fit plus Normal Regimine?
When I started out it was all I could do just to survive the WOD. Now I find I have much more energy and I will often do something to supplement that days WOD, train on a weak spot, or work of form for some of the excercises.
