Don't believe The Zone will help you lose weight?

World's Heaviest Man has lost 570 lbs (from 1,225) on THE ZONE!

Yeah, he's plastered all over the Zone's web site, too -- at least he used to be.

Let's not forget though, that for the morbidly obese, weight can drop incredibly fast with just about any "healthy" diet shift and a little bit of exercise. Keeping it off and continuing to lose after the first spurt, though, is another story -- unless you can afford 3 6" Subway subs a day

It is extremely "easy" for obese people to lose weight on any healthy-ish diet (biologically easy). What is difficult is going from the "normal" bodyfat range down to RIPPED!

Its bad when reporters make incorrect statements about something. Too many people will believe it.*

The Zone is not a high protein diet.

* I'm not implying that anyone here is doing this.

I'm glad you clarified that. I was starting to think I was really messing the Zone up!
All I can say is that I've lost 3 inches off my gut in the last 1.5 months. I think I've zoned for 3-4 weeks. It definitely works!!

Body wraps are not a stand-alone weight loss solution. For maximum weight loss results, body wraps should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.
