I just received the portable squat racks from Bradshaw Welding and they are awesome!

Work/family safe link:

I had seen some good comments about them in previous posts and decided to go ahead and get them for my home gym. Very study and indeed similar to Ironmind's to the point that my pillars of power match up with them nicely.

Shipment was extremely fast and the racks came well packaged. Totally recommend not only the racks, but BW as well!

Do they go low enough to bench out of?

"Height Adjustment is 38" to 62" in 2" increments."

Depends on the height of the bench and the length of your arms. But I would think 38" is low enough to bench off of.

I received my BW squat racks last week and couldn't be happier with them! My pillars of power should be here tomorrow so I can start pushing things a little.

I'm completely new to barbell style strength training and last week I stumbled forward while dropping into a 165 lb squat (I'm still learning the big lifts). I recovered quickly but immediately decided that I need the spotter racks before going any heavier. I only wish BW made those as well.

I'll add that I can easily bench from the BW racks.

Jason- like Andy and Chris have already said, benching from the racks should not be a problem for you at all.

BW will add bench pressing catches on this rack if you request it.
