Cycling...30 miles...2720' climbing.

Absolutely, positively, without a doubt, the most gorgeous, spectacular, stunning day to be out on a bike! And the views from up on Mountain Drive were just amazing....the coastline, and the islands...just beautiful. Will try to post pics later.....

TRX...variety of stuff, including a bunch of stretching/flexibility moves at the end.

Rainy Day, so no cycling.

WOD Sunday:
45 minutes lap swimming in the rain! Magical! every once in a while I threw in a couple laps of sidestroke or backstroke so that I could feel the rain hitting my face.

In the pool, same as yesterday. Today I threw in some 25y and 50y sprint intervals and turn practice.
