Affiliate expenses

I'm not asking for numbers, because I know it will be drastically different per location. But, would anyone share with me their expense headings that the pay monthly/yearly?

Ie: rent, water, gas, insurance, advertising, etc...

Re: Affiliate expenses

Thanks for the reply everyone.

I can also think of
Web fees...if you have to pay to host your site.
Trash removal, if it isn't included with your water bill (in my city, it is)

What else? Any on the list that we haven't covered?

Re: Affiliate expenses

Internet (if not included in your phone or cable bill)

There is likely more, especially depending on your situation. Some of these you can get negotiated to be paid for in your lease, depending on the type of location you are getting. Also, landscaping/grounds keeping can cost some money if you have access to any type of outdoors areas and the landlord doesn't cover it.
