In August, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Because I am 48, all treatment options/professional diagnoses point towards removal of the prostate. Even after considering the new da vinci robot, I have chosen a radial prostaectamy?. (fairly invasive). I am confident I will be cancer free, contanent and potent after the procedure. Is there anyone out there who has gone through this procedure who can offer some post op suggestions for getting back into the wod routine. Thnx tom
